Services include TB skin tests  WIC services and the

Vital Statistics office for birth and death records.

Appointments are required for most services.

The division of Environmental Health and Protection works

to prevent disease due to pathogens and other causes of

illness which are in food, water, air or elsewhere

in the environment. This is done largely through educational

and regulatory activities, with an emphasis on serving

the community as a whole. Food Handler Certifications

and plumbing plan submissions are offered at this location.

Change in services: Effective May 20, 2014, we are able to provide childhood vaccinations (must live in Fayette County, be 18 years or younger and be uninsured or underinsured). Limited appointments are available daily Monday-Friday, and appointments can be made up to a week in advance by calling the Public Health Clinic at (859) 288-2483.

Our Public Health Clinic at 650 Newtown Pike is no longer able to see patients for the following programs: adult immunizations/physicals and breast/cervical cancer.
