Family Planning
Family Planning services are targeted to women ages 20-44 who are at or below 250% poverty level, but are available to all women in need of subsidized services.
Family Planning services include a health history, physical examination, lab work (hematocrit, urinalysis, pap smear, pregnancy testing and other tests deemed necessary by the examining clinician), health education counseling including preconceptional health counseling and contraceptive counseling and supplies. Problems identified during the visit are referred for treatment as appropriate.
