Living Well With Diabetes Support Groups

The Health Department offers free diabetes support groups at three locations every month. These free support groups for people with diabetes allow participants to share their experiences and to learn from and support others with diabetes. There is no charge and people can come on a drop-in basis, but get the most from the group if they come regularly.
