Monthly Morbidity Reports

The Monthly Morbidity reports are designed to provide a quick snapshot of the number of disease cases in Fayette County for several reportable diseases.  In addition to the number of disease cases each month there is a cumulative total for the current calendar year.  Monthly and yearly totals are compared with the same period of the previous year.  For instance, January 2008 is compared to January 2007 and a comparison is made as to whether Fayette County is seeing more or less of the disease.

For more information, contact Andrew Waters, Regional Epidemiologist, at 859-231-9791 x 4238 or AndrewD.Waters@ky.gov.
