Weight Loss for Life Support Group

This free group is open to anyone working on maintaining their weight loss and wishing to share struggles and ideas on how to overcome problems.  Each month’s discussion is led by a dietitian.  It is recommended but not required to attend the Healthy Weight Basics class first.

The support group is taking the summer off. If you are interested in the next session, please call 859-288-2423 to be placed on our list and we'll notify you when the next session is scheduled. If you would like your business or church to host a support group series, please call 859-288-2423.

Every meeting begins with a 15-minute check-in, followed by a 30-minute discussion on various topics related to weight loss.  Then participants are encouraged to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity.
